FAQ

  1. The whole circuit does not seem to complete when I’m trying to put it together, some tracks does not seem to fit. What should I do?

Please check if the tracks are put together on the right order, check if the attached ends of each track are correct. (Usually A end attaches to B ends. You could also refer to the user manual for more help.) If you have tried the above advices and they did not help please contact GB team by email to sales@golden-bright.com and our support team would be happy to help.

  1. The brushes below the car are out of shape and the car is not connecting to the circuit. What should I do?

Please straighten the brushes and re-align the brushes to the best angle (usually it will be around 30-45° to the rear of the racer, however some special race sets has a different set up, it is recommended to check manual for each individual sets.)TroubleV

  1. I have connected the circuit correctly but the racers are not running. What should I do?

Please check if there are anything stuck on the tracks that may have blocked the circuit from connecting and in result also disabling the racers.  Please check the battery compartment to ensure the batteries are fresh and are in the right slots, facing the right direction, and completely seated in their slots.

  1. I noticed my racers have been running slower lately, what caused this and what should I do?

Please understand that when the racers are running they produce dust that are hard to see, and an increasing amount of these dust on the tracks can lower the performance of the racers.

Use a dry and clean cloth to clean the tracks, apart from that also clean the racers brushes. After you are done test the racers and you should notice the great performance boost. If none of the above worked, please contact us by email to sales@golden-bright.com and our support team would be happy to help.TroubleV

  1. How to maintain my tracks?

Keep the track surface and track slots clean with a dry cloth. When it is not in use, store the tracks in a clean and dust-protected location, preferably in the original packing box.

How to clean my cars? Clean tyres by rolling across sticky tape. To remove dirt and dust from gear/axle assembly, remove body, snap out assembly, blow gently. Do not use a wet cloth or any liquid to clean your set.

  1. How to improve the racing skills?

It requires a little practice.

You have to clean the rails before and after each play.

You have to make sure that the brushes of the cars are correctly located in the chassis.

You have to increase the speed slightly before you fully trigger the hand controller to gain full speed.

You have to slow down whenever you turn around the corner.

You have to gain full speed before the car goes into the loop (if your set has a loop) and have to release the trigger when the car reaches the highest point of the loop.
